WHY?
This dismissal raises serious questions about the department's enforcement neutrality in upcoming midterm elections and the subsequent 2012 presidential election.
[Inside the Black Panthers Case]
A former DOJ lawyer, Christian Adams, has resigned from the DOJ and comes forward to tell us what is going on in the Holder Department of Justice.
Adams tells us: "The New Black Panther case was the simplest and most obvious violation of federal law I saw in my Justice Department career."
But, the DOJ lawyers were ordered to dismiss the case even though they had already WON the case against the Black Panthers who were shouting racial slurs while threatening and blocking some people from entering the polls.
So even though the Panthers had lost the case what the DOJ has signaled is that intimidation at the voting polls will have no consequences...further the dismissal gave voice to the defendants that this was "a phony case" - "brought by the modern day lynch mob seeking to hang what (we) think are (our) modern slaves."
I read about this 2 days ago (sites listed below) but dam if a person can keep up with the daily changes-transformations-corruptions-bribery-cronyism-infiltration -Marxist take over. Now we clearly have to deal with preferential race policies?
It is also reported that Assistant Attorney General, for Civil Rights, Thomas Perez, lies under oath in this case, before the U.S. Civil Rights Commission.
The zero degree of separation of corruption of every cell of the Obama people send you in 15 directions and the corrupt or anti-American associations you find send you in 15 more.
You just can't research it all or keep up with the crumbling foundations of our Nations Integrity.
Thanks to FOX the story will be told even though many many blogs out there were already on top of it days and weeks ago.
I mention this because try to think about how much is going on that we don't realize is happening and what we would wake up to one day if we didn't have a Media somewhere able to tell us the truth.
Think about WHY the Obama Government wants a cyber-attack blue-screen control of what you see on your monitor in the name of National Security.
Our 'need to know' National Security is at risk alright - - from within.
We wouldn't even know that it is being revealed that there is an unethical mandate within this DOJ department that no more cases will be brought against blacks by whites in any voting rights complaints. "No doubt about it."
These cases will be dismissed faster than a Black Panther's night stick.
So the DOJ, under this "Nation of Cowards" Holder, has a mandate for only some of Americans civil rights being protected...an unequal enforcement of the law.
This Department of Justice just shrugs off trust and equal protections.
Remember one of Obama's past thoughts:
"Can, and should, the existing concepts of American jurisprudence provide racial minorities more than formal equality through the courts?"
I guess until Obama can get the Supreme Court set up he'll just have to depend on his Justice Department to restrain existing concepts of equality for all from ever reaching the courts.
